AccuSeal exhaust clamps are a simple, effective way to connect exhaust system components such as pipes, mufflers and catalytic converters. The unique seal and high clamp loads are provided without permanently distorting your exhaust components, allowing the flexibility to disassemble for service.

AccuSeal clamps are available in all of the standard industry sizes ranging from 1-3/4" (44.5mm) through 6" (152.4mm). These clamps feature unitized construction which minimizes part number complexity and maximizes material efficiency for reduced weight and lower costs.

Don't be fooled by inferior knock offs! AccuSeal's unique patented fastening system stretches the band using its tensile strength permitting the use of thinner gauge material. The reaction block provides full 360 degree equal distribution of the clamping stretching force, which prohibits pipe distortion while completing a seal around the joined exhaust components. Available with either brushed 304 stainless steel or aluminized steel construction.

AccuSeal Clamps are designed to be used on ID/OD style connections. For example, if you have a 2.50" exhaust, the clamp is designed to fit over tubing that has been flared to a 2.50" ID, or over an exhaust component such as a muffler that has a 2.5" ID inlet or outlet.
